Delhivery
BusinessDelhivery is India’s largest integrated third-party logistics company: an operator that moves parcels and freight, runs warehouses and fulfilment, and offers cross-border services for shippers that do not want to build their own network. It is not a food-delivery app, a payments wallet, or a consumer marketplace. An e-commerce seller who hands over outbound parcels, a brand that books express freight, and an enterprise that outsources warehouse fulfilment are dealing with the same listed logistics group. The commercial identity is integrated 3PL—express, freight, warehouse, fulfilment, and cross-border on one operating platform—not a single-city courier desk. The company grew with India’s e-commerce wave and now sells network capacity as a service: pickup and line-haul, sortation, last mile, heavier freight, storage, and fulfilment labour tied to the same infrastructure. Cross-border products extend that network for inbound and outbound trade rather than creating a separate consumer brand. Scale talk in logistics should stay operational: serviceability, transit SLAs, and warehouse locations belong on Delhivery’s own site and in customer contracts, not in a viral caption. Official social destinations—Facebook at /delhivery, X at @delhivery, LinkedIn at /company/delhivery, YouTube at /user/delhivery, and Instagram at @delhivery_official—are brand and public-information surfaces. They carry network films, hiring stories, product explainers, and festival shipping colour. They are not tracking consoles, not COD collection desks, and not places to “confirm an address.” Delhivery’s own public rule is explicit: the company does not send a one-time password to confirm a delivery address. Anyone who calls, texts, or DMs asking for an OTP, a PIN, a card number, or a UPI collect to “release a parcel” or “update KYC for delivery” is running a scam. Do not share those secrets in a comment or a form linked from an ad. Shipment tracking, claims, and enterprise onboarding belong in the Delhivery app, the shipper dashboard, or the corporate site. Impersonation of couriers spikes around sales and festivals; treat remote-access requests and “pay customs to a personal number” as fraud. English is the language of these listings; Hindi creative appears in consumer-facing shipping campaigns. Country is India. Follow only the official handles named here, then treat every post as communication from an integrated Indian 3PL whose commercial fact is express plus freight plus warehouse fulfilment plus cross-border—and whose security fact is that address confirmation never requires an OTP on social media.
