These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Togather, including our website, directory listings, blog, forms, redirects, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, violent, harassing, sexually exploitative, or infringing content; publish private invites without authorization; impersonate others; abuse bots or scraping; distribute malware or scams; or interfere with security, rate limits, CAPTCHA, or moderation.

2. Directory service and no affiliation

Togather is an independent directory of links leading to third-party social platforms and services, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, X, Twitch, Slack, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, Signal, Mastodon, Bluesky, Viber, LINE, Quora, Tumblr, and related networks. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those networks or their affiliates. We do not host, own, administer, or moderate conversations inside listed communities unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

3. User submissions

By submitting a link, description, title, message, report, or other material, you represent that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to share it publicly, and that doing so does not violate law, privacy, contract, intellectual-property rights, or platform rules. You grant Togather a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote that material as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

4. Moderation and removal

We may review, modify, refuse, suspend, de-index, or remove any submission at any time. We do not guarantee review, approval, publication, ranking, traffic, members, or continued availability.

5. External communities and links

When you click a community invite, advertisement, affiliate link, or other external link, you leave Togather and interact with a third party under that party’s terms and privacy practices. A redirect page or “verified” label is not a guarantee that a community or third party is safe.

6. Advertising, sponsored content, and affiliate links

The Service may contain advertising, sponsored listings, paid placements, and affiliate links. Togather may receive payment for impressions, clicks, leads, purchases, or other qualifying actions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togather disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Service or third-party communities. Users join and interact with communities at their own risk.

8. Privacy, changes, and contact
