On Togather, you can save listings locally in your browser so you can return later without hunting through history. This is a convenience feature, not a cloud social network account.
What “saved” means here

How to use bookmarks well
- Open a listing you might want later
- Tap the bookmark / save control
- Revisit from your saved list when you have time
- Join through the normal listing → safe redirect path
Don’t save twenty random rooms “just in case.” Save the two or three that matched your niche.
Pair saves with categories and platforms
A clean habit:
- Browse Education or Jobs
- Open a few listings
- Save only the ones with clear rules
- Prefer the platform you’ll actually open daily, whether that’s WhatsApp or Telegram

What bookmarks are not
- Not a backup of the invite itself
- Not moderation approval
- Not a private archive of chat history

When a saved listing goes stale
Open it. If the invite is dead, report it — reporting guide. Then unsave and find a replacement on Explore.
Privacy note in one paragraph
Because saves live in the browser, they’re generally not sitting in a Togather member profile. That also means we can’t “restore your bookmarks” from the server like a Netflix list. Clear cookies/storage and they’re gone. More privacy detail lives in the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

Use bookmarks to slow down discovery without losing good finds. Save fewer rooms, prefer clear listings, and still walk through the redirect with your brain on. When you need new options, return to Explore instead of hoarding a graveyard of dead saves.
Organizing saves without folders
If the UI is a flat list, impose order yourself: save only rooms you’d join this month. Put the niche in your mental label: “edu”, “jobs”, “game”. Re-open the category shelves when the list goes stale instead of hoarding.
Switching browsers or phones
Moving from Chrome to another browser often means empty saves. Before you switch, screenshot or note the listing URLs you care about. Better: keep the Togather listing URLs in a notes app you already sync.
Family devices and shared laptops
Local saves on a shared computer are visible to whoever uses the same browser profile. Don’t treat Saved as a private diary. Use a separate browser profile if needed.
Combining saves with reports
A saved listing that later breaks should be reported, then removed from saves. That tiny loop — save, revisit, report, unsave — is how careful users keep their personal map clean while helping the public map too.
A weekly review ritual
Once a week, open Saved. Remove anything you joined already or no longer care about. Open one saved listing you haven’t joined yet and decide: join, report if broken, or delete the save. Ten minutes keeps the list from becoming another ignored backlog like browser bookmarks from 2019.
One more practical tip
If you share a laptop with siblings, create a separate browser profile before saving job or dating-adjacent rooms. Local storage follows the profile, not your face. Small habit, fewer awkward questions.
